WLM Featured Fridays

January 26, 2018

TMIF! Thank Metal It’s Friday! Ok, so that was pretty lame but hell I’m running on barely any sleep here, forgive me. We do have something to make up for that failed attempt at brilliance…some new bands and devout heaviness as far as thine ears can handle!

It’s Friday and it’s nothing new anymore, this has been a tradition around here for a few months now for Featured Fridays is all about introducing you to new and deserved talent. Whether they are up and coming or already established, you can always count on new bands to spring forth every day pretty much. With that said, we can hope to at least give you some new talent to get into and claim bragging rights for the future!

Beast In Black are for the most part, new to the metal scene. Their debut album released late last year brought overall astounding positive results. Formed by former Battle Beast guitarist, Anton Kabanen, he formed the band after he was dismissed a while back. Strong and I mean very strong and epic power metal finesse comes your way today. There’s also some Djent and electronic tech metal on this week’s edition with Writing The Future and Ograth just decimating your ears. Meanwhile Blind Ivy still retain heaviness in all aspects with a more hardcore presence and of course a lead lady, it doesn’t get any better than that. Or if you’re feeling on the more classic side of metal, Mike Lepond’s Silent Assassins will bring their ‘Hordes of Fire’ to your doorstep in all the right ways.

It’s Friday and thanks for making us a part of that you metal warrior you 😉 Stay Metal \m/
