Song of the Week: Sunlight’s Bane – Praise the Venom Shield

January 4, 2017

Song of the Week Sunlights Bane

This will be the first “Song of the Week” to start off 2017 so why not make it a pure face melting ripper that will start things off heavy and fast? Sunlight’s Bane is a blackened tinged grind band out of Michigan that are releasing their debut album in Feb. The long winded “The Blackest Volume: Like All the Earth Was Buried” is chalk full of pummelling riffs that are a sonic assault on the senses. Much like this track “Praise the Venom Shield,” you won’t leave feeling good about yourself, but you’ll know you heard something special. ~ Martell
