Alter Bridge is an amazing band. The big voice of Myles Kennedy, a group of men behind him that show technical prowess, yet now how to make you head bang. My biggest fear was that Kennedy would be stuck in the shadow of Slash due to him being the voice of the legendary guitarist. With the new Alter Bridge album "The Last Hero," all of my fears have been dismissed. From top to bottom, track to track, the voice of Kennedy blends seamlessly through many styles and genres. I'm not a big hard rock listener, but "The Last Hero" seem too good to be true. Slash might have to look around for another voice cause Myles Kennedy will have a hard time going back to an opening act after this performance. - Martell

It has been three years since ALTER BRIDGE's last studio album Fortress was released, but it is clear their fans have been eagerly waiting for them to return. Now the rock juggernaut comprised of Myles Kennedy on vocals/guitars, Mark Tremonti on guitars/vocals, Brian Marshall on bass and Scott Phillips on drums have returned with their fifth album, The Last Hero. The new release is a monster that builds upon the sound that ALTER BRIDGE has become known for with their uncompromised vocal melodies, untouchable dueling guitar work and pounding rhythm section!

Heroes push us to excel. Their will, courage, and sacrifice can bring out the best in the world around them. Fittingly ALTER BRIDGE pursue a level of excellence inspired by timeless heroism. The second single "My Champion" climbs from a swell of delay into an impressive guitar lick before Myles delivers one of the most spirited choruses of their career to date. Enjoy the lyric video for "My Champion"!
