We were overwhelmed by the response of our fans to vocalists they wanted in this tournament. We were scared people wouldn’t get the meaning of passion or “not being main stream.” But you knew exactly what we meant. People sent us lists of vocalists from all regions of the world. Names like Liam Cormier, Fang VanWolfstein, Dave Santini, John Gallagher, Cam Pipes, Glam, and so many others were submitted.
Everyone went in a hat and the first 16 drawn were put in the tournament. They were then put back in the hat and the match-ups were set.
All of these men are amazing and talented musicians that deserve to have their fans battle it out in this tournament. Unfortunately we were only able to pick 16. So without further ado, here are our 16 finalists to battle it out for the crown of true “heavy metal” frontman.

Much like our other tournaments we will judge each contestant in four categories. For this tournament we have picked.
Songwriting – what lyrics the singer brings to the band.
Stage Presence – what they bring to the stage.
Influences – who they look to for inspiration.
Potential – where they can go from here.
After reading each of our categories we hope it gives you some insight into who to vote for. Then like any tournament the winner goes through and the loser is done.
